Richard & Nicole
Nicole has worked in catering since she excelled at college earning her professional cookery award. She has worked in some prestigious sites in London where she learnt most of her trade, most recently working in central Westminster.
Never one to stop working, she likes to study and keep up to date with both food trends and food hygiene. After endless hours of studying hard she has been awarded her level 4 in Management in food safety.
She also has a passion for pastry and you will find it hard to beat her delicious brownies, so what are you waiting for? try it, just name your flavour and she will make it!
Richard has been in catering for 12 years starting off the old fashioned way, bottom of the ladder and given the mundane repetitive chores, he would often be seen peeling or chopping vegetables for hours a day! Since then he has worked his way up through the ranks, working several jobs around London to get the position of Head chef, where he is over-seeing fine dining dinners of up to 350 guests.
In his time off he likes to travel which is where his inspiration comes from, visiting local country fairs to see the fresh raw produce, to his travels around the world to try their delicacies & cuisines.
After cooking for friends and family on many occasions we have decided to bring our passion and skills together and take the next step. So why not take the night off and let us cater for your event, you will be surprised what we can offer .
